- Information you submit through the contact form: company name, name, contact details (phone, WeChat or email), product series of interest and your requirements. Company name, name and contact details are required; the rest are optional.

- Technical information recorded automatically: server access logs containing IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system identifiers, used for security, troubleshooting and traffic statistics.
This website requires no account registration and does not collect sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers or biometric data.
2. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and provide brochures, quotations and technical support;
- To follow up about relevant products or services where you have agreed;
- To protect the security of the website and servers and to diagnose technical faults.
We do not use this information for automated decision-making, profiling or unrelated marketing.
3. Cookies
Public pages use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the content management area, solely to keep that session authenticated. Clearing cookies in your browser does not affect access to the public site.
4. Storage and retention
- Data is stored on cloud servers located in mainland China.
- Enquiry information is retained as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted.
- Access logs are retained for at least six months as required by the Cybersecurity Law of the PRC, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties, except where you have given separate consent, where it is necessary to deliver a service you requested (for example, our email provider delivering your enquiry to our business mailbox), or where required by law or by a competent authority.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you provided, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Please write to px@lesain.com or call +86 20 3203 0650. After verifying your identity we will respond within 15 working days.
7. Security
We apply access control, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), least-privilege access and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid including sensitive personal information unrelated to your enquiry.
8. Minors
This website is intended for business and industry users and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors and will delete it if discovered.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our business or applicable law changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
